Medical cryolipolysis is a non-invasive adipocyte lysis technique. The principle of cryolipolysisis to apply intense cooling to a localized fat deposit with an applicator that cools the localized area down to -9°C.
This new procedure crystallisesfat cells, which then self-destruct due to the cold temperature. The crystallisedfat is removed naturally and permanently by your body in the weeks following the session, giving way to enhanced curves. This innovative technique, which ensures safety and efficiency, is non-invasive and requires no anaesthesia. You can continue with your normal activities immediately after the session.
After 8 weeks, the results are optimal and definitive.
CRISTAL offers a range of several different applicators to handle all the curves of your body, for both men and women:
Abdomen
Love handles
Saddle bags
Thighs
Knees
Arms
…
NEW DEVELOPMENT:
Thanks to the AGATE applicator, it’s now possible to treat the fatty deposits in small areas such as double chins, bra bulges, knee folds, etc.
With its three interchangeable applicators, AGATE is the perfect solution for treating small areas through medical cryolipolysis.
The doctor first applies a wipe with cryo protectant gel to the area to be treated.
The applicator is positioned by the doctor: the suction will then flatten the fat deposit against the applicator. At that time, the cooling will begin. The cooling period lasts about 60 minutes. During this time, you can read, listen to music, or simply rest.
Once the session is over and the applicators are removed, the doctor or their assistant will massage the treated area for about 10 minutes.
During the session, you may feel pulling and pinching of your skin while they place the applicator. Then, after a few minutes of cooling, you may feel a little sore. Once the session has finished, you can resume your activities normally. You may feel tired during the CRISTAL® treatment. This treatment is not very painful, nor is it traumatic.
It’s important to be well hydrated (8 to 10 glasses a day) and to follow a healthy lifestyle, especially nutritionally.
Avoid alcohol or coffee during the lymphatic drainage process to optimize the results.
